Pricing questions

What does $12 an hour cover?

The person's time and our side of the work: recruiting, vetting, employing and supervising them, a one-page job spec before day one, and a written report each week. You provide the tasks, the tools and the logins.

What is the 80-hour pilot?

The first 80 hours, about two weeks full time, are paid at $12 an hour, which is $960. They are the start of the seat, and if you continue, the same person carries on month to month.

What does free replacement cover?

If the person leaves or is not working out, we find, train and place a new person in the same seat at no charge, for as long as you stay with us. It is not a refund of hours already worked, and it applies while your account is paid up. The full wording is in our Terms and Conditions.

Is there a minimum term?

There is no minimum term. The seat runs month to month, we bill weekly for the hours worked, and you can stop with one week's notice.

How many hours is a seat?

A full-time seat is 40 hours a week, which at $12 an hour is $480 a week. If you need fewer hours, tell us on the call and we will say what we can arrange.

Are prices in US dollars for clients in the UK and Canada?

Yes. All prices on this site are in US dollars, whichever country you are in.
