From call to first day

Book a callA 30-minute call. You tell us the role, the three tasks you most want off that person's plate, and the hours you need covered.30 minutes
Approve the job specWe write a one-page spec of the tasks, tools and hours, and send you a candidate profile. Nobody starts until you agree.One page
Give accessYou set up the logins you are comfortable with, such as a seat on your phone system, helpdesk or CRM. You can remove access at any time.
Start the pilotThe first 80 hours are paid at $12 an hour, $960 in total. A manager supervises the work from day one.$960

A full-time seat works about 40 hours a week, so the pilot covers the first two weeks.

You can stop at any point with one week's notice.

Each week you get a short written report: what was done, what is in progress, and what we need from you. You see the work without having to chase it.

How soon can a seat start?

We recruit to order, so the start date depends on the role. We tell you on the call.

Do I see the person before they start?

You approve a job spec and a candidate profile before anyone starts, and the profile shows their skills and experience.
