What the seat does

  • Cold calls

Calls the lists you give them, using your script and your offer.

  • Follow-ups

Calls back leads who asked for a call or did not answer, on the schedule you set.

  • Booking

Books meetings straight into your calendar and sends the confirmation.

  • Call notes

Logs every call and its outcome in your CRM or a shared sheet.

  • Handovers

Passes interested leads to you or your closer at once, with the notes.

  • Follow-up emails

Sends the follow-up email you approve after a call.

Every call is logged

You do not have to listen in to know what happened. Each call is logged with its outcome and the next step.

Example only. Your seat logs calls in your CRM or a shared sheet, in the format you prefer.

Questions about calling

Who is responsible for call lists and calling rules?

The lists, the scripts and the offer come from you, and you remain responsible for the calling rules where you call, such as do-not-call lists and consent. Give us any restrictions in writing and we will brief the person on them.

How can I judge the caller before I commit?

The 80-hour paid pilot is the way to judge it: you see how the calls go before you commit to anything longer. If the person is not right, we replace them at no charge.

Can the seat call during my business hours?

Yes. The seat works your business hours in the US, the UK or Canada, and on the call we agree the calling blocks that suit your prospects' time zones, keeping to the calling hours that apply where they are.
